2. Orders & payment
Prices are in USD. Payments are securely processed by our third-party payment provider. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. Made-to-order garments are produced after purchase; estimated lead times are shown on the product.
3. PDF patterns
Patterns are digital goods delivered instantly and are non-refundable once downloaded. Your purchase grants a personal licence. You may sell items you make from the pattern, with credit to MohairMama, but may not copy, share, resell or redistribute the pattern file itself.
4. Shipping & returns
Physical items ship within the timeframe stated on the listing. Unworn, undamaged ready-made items may be returned within 14 days. Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale unless faulty.
5. Intellectual property
All designs, photos, text and patterns on this site belong to MohairMama and may not be reused without permission.
6. Liability
Handmade items may contain small parts and are not toys for children under 3 unless stated. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the item.
